An additional risk factor is the posterior flexion of the uterus (a backward-leaning uterus).<br \/>\nConsequently, only a small percentage of women will experience Isthmocele after a caesarean section.<\/p>\n<p>A possible rupture of the uterus during labor contractions, in a subsequent pregnancy, can endanger the life of the child and the mother herself.<br \/>\nNormal birth is possible after a caesarean section but the gynecologist will decide if it can be performed, as long as all the necessary conditions are met.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the period of pregnancy, cesarean scarring can create problems in the woman&#8217;s cycle, such as droplet vaginal hemorrhea and\/or smelly vaginal discharge.
