l\u00e9sions pr\u00e9canc\u00e9reuses du col ut\u00e9rin. Pour les souches 31, 33, 45, 52 et 58, on pense qu&#8217;elles sont responsables de 19% des cancers invasifs du col ut\u00e9rin. De plus, les souches de HPV susmentionn\u00e9es sont responsables de 30 \u00e0 40% des cancers de la vulve et de 70% des cancers du vagin. Les souches 6 et 11 causent 90% des verrues g\u00e9nitales. Le <strong>vaccin contre le HPV<\/strong> disponible sur le march\u00e9 grec est le HPV9, qui cible 9 souches diff\u00e9rentes (6,11,16,18,31,33,45,52,58  <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Femmes <span class=\"TrackChangeTextInsertion TrackedChange SCXW238525085 BCX0\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW238525085 BCX0\" lang=\"EL-GR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun CommentHighlightRest SCXW238525085 BCX0\"> &amp; vaccin contre le <\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"TrackChangeTextInsertion TrackedChange SCXW238525085 BCX0\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW238525085 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun CommentHighlightRest SCXW238525085 BCX0\">HPV<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Afin d&#8217;obtenir les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;immunisation contre le HPV dans la r\u00e9gion g\u00e9nitale, la vaccination doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e avant le d\u00e9but de l&#8217;activit\u00e9 sexuelle. Cependant, la vaccination est s\u00fbre et efficace chez les femmes plus \u00e2g\u00e9es, bien que le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice global soit moindre que chez les femmes plus jeunes, car lors d&#8217;un contact, la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;infection par le HPV est tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e m\u00eame avec l&#8217;utilisation de pr\u00e9servatifs. <\/p>\n<p>En termes de protection contre le HPV oropharyng\u00e9, la vaccination est efficace \u00e0 93%, mais la r\u00e9duction de l&#8217;incidence du cancer de l&#8217;oropharynx n&#8217;a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 estim\u00e9e. D&#8217;abord la prise de conscience a commenc\u00e9 par la vaccination syst\u00e9matique des filles avant le d\u00e9but des rapports sexuels.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hommes <span class=\"TrackChangeTextInsertion TrackedChange SCXW238525085 BCX0\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW238525085 BCX0\" lang=\"EL-GR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun CommentHighlightRest SCXW238525085 BCX0\"> &amp; vaccin contre le <\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"TrackChangeTextInsertion TrackedChange SCXW238525085 BCX0\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW238525085 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun CommentHighlightRest SCXW238525085 BCX0\">HPV<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la vaccination s&#8217;est \u00e9galement concentr\u00e9 sur les gar\u00e7ons, dans le but de r\u00e9duire la pr\u00e9valence dans la population. En effet, des \u00e9tudes montrent que les titres d&#8217;anticorps apr\u00e8s vaccination chez les gar\u00e7ons sont comparables \u00e0 ceux des filles. En Gr\u00e8ce, la vaccination syst\u00e9matique des gar\u00e7ons \u00e2g\u00e9s de 9 \u00e0 18 ans est propos\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment au Programme National de vaccination des enfants et des adolescents. Cela r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement le risque d&#8217;infection entre les sexes et, par cons\u00e9quent, r\u00e9duit \u00e9galement consid\u00e9rablement le risque de d\u00e9velopper des cancers du col de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus, de la vulve, du p\u00e9nis et de l&#8217;oropharynx. <\/p>\n<p>En Gr\u00e8ce, selon le programme national de vaccination des enfants et des adolescents 2023, les dispositions suivantes s&#8217;appliquent:<\/p>\n<p><strong>vaccin contre le virus du papillome humain (HPV) (\u00e2ge inf\u00e9rieur d&#8217;administration: 9 ans);<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la vaccination contre le virus du papillome humain est indiqu\u00e9e chez les <strong>gar\u00e7ons et les filles<\/strong> pour la pr\u00e9vention du cancer du col de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus, ainsi que des cancers de l&#8217;oropharynx, de l&#8217;anus et du p\u00e9nis, ainsi que des maladies b\u00e9nignes associ\u00e9es au virus. Une protection maximale est obtenue si la vaccination est termin\u00e9e avant le d\u00e9but de l&#8217;activit\u00e9 sexuelle. Dans notre pays, le vaccin anti-HPV (HPV9) est disponible. <\/li>\n<li>La vaccination contre le HPV est recommand\u00e9e pour les gar\u00e7ons et les filles \u00e2g\u00e9s de 9 \u00e0 11 ans. Si la vaccination n&#8217;est pas effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e2ge recommand\u00e9, elle peut \u00eatre reconstitu\u00e9e jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e2ge de 18 ans. Il est \u00e0 noter que le vaccin contre le HPV est enti\u00e8rement <strong>compens\u00e9 pour les gar\u00e7ons et les filles \u00e2g\u00e9s de 15 \u00e0 18 ans jusqu&#8217;au 31.12.2024<\/strong>. La limitation de l&#8217;indemnisation ne s&#8217;applique pas aux groupes \u00e0 risque d\u00e9crits ci-dessous.  <\/li>\n<li>Calendrier de vaccination contre le HPV (HPV9) en fonction de l&#8217;\u00e2ge de d\u00e9but de la vaccination:\n<ul>\n<li> d\u00e9but de la vaccination &lt;15 ans: 2 doses avec un intervalle de 6 mois (sch\u00e9ma 0.6). Si 2 doses sont administr\u00e9es avec un intervalle de moins de 5 mois, une 3\u00e8me dose au moins 3 <sup> <\/sup> mois plus tard est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n<li> D\u00e9but de la vaccination \u226515 ans: 3 doses (sch\u00e9ma 0,1 &#8211; 2,6 mois).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Dans des cas particuliers de risque accru, la vaccination contre le HPV est recommand\u00e9e chez les sujets \u00e2g\u00e9s de 9 \u00e0 26 ans selon un sch\u00e9ma \u00e0 3 doses (0,1 \u00e0 2,6 mois). Le vaccin contre le HPV n&#8217;est pas recommand\u00e9 pendant la grossesse, cependant il n&#8217;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de faire un test de grossesse avant de commencer la vaccination. Si la grossesse est \u00e9tablie apr\u00e8s l&#8217;administration du vaccin, il n&#8217;est pas recommand\u00e9 de l&#8217;arr\u00eater, mais la vaccination est termin\u00e9e apr\u00e8s son ach\u00e8vement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de frottis vaginal pathologique, <a href=\"https:\/\/gynequipe.gr\/fr\/femme\/gynecologie\/hpv-verrues\/\">de verrue ou d&#8217;infection au VPH<\/a> ne constituent pas une contre-indication \u00e0 la vaccination.
