c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire des l\u00e9sions de la peau faisant saillie dans la r\u00e9gion g\u00e9nito-urinaire. Ils se produisent principalement dans la vulve, le vagin, le col de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus, le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e (la zone situ\u00e9e entre la vulve et l&#8217;anus), l&#8217;anus, tandis que chez les hommes, ils se produisent dans le p\u00e9nis, le scrotum et la r\u00e9gion p\u00e9rianale. Ce sont des l\u00e9sions de la couleur de la peau qui ne font pas mal \u00e0 la palpation et peuvent passer inaper\u00e7ues. Tr\u00e8s souvent, le diagnostic est pos\u00e9 lors d&#8217;un examen gyn\u00e9cologique de routine. La taille varie et peut aller de quelques millim\u00e8tres \u00e0 quelques centim\u00e8tres. De m\u00eame leur nombre et leur emplacement. Ils peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents en m\u00eame temps dans la vulve, le vagin, le col de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus et l&#8217;anus, ou n&#8217;exister qu&#8217;\u00e0 un seul endroit d&#8217;entre eux.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span class=\"TextRun SCXW168832580 BCX0\" lang=\"EL-GR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun CommentStart CommentHighlightPipeRest CommentHighlightRest SCXW168832580 BCX0\" data-ccp-charstyle=\"Strong\">Transmission <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TrackChangeTextInsertion TrackedChange SCXW168832580 BCX0\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW168832580 BCX0\" lang=\"EL-GR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun CommentHighlightRest SCXW168832580 BCX0\" data-ccp-charstyle=\"Strong\">des condylomes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>C\u2019est une maladie sexuellement transmissible qui touche le plus les jeunes. La <strong>transmission<\/strong> se produit principalement lors des rapports sexuels, bien qu&#8217;en th\u00e9orie le contact peau \u00e0 peau puisse suffire. La seule pr\u00e9caution possible est d&#8217;utiliser un pr\u00e9servatif sans fournir une protection \u00e0 100%. Les verrues aigu\u00ebs, comme on les appelle scientifiquement, sont caus\u00e9es par des virus du papillome humain (VPH, Virus du papillome humain). La p\u00e9riode d&#8217;incubation du virus apr\u00e8s l&#8217;exposition varie de trois semaines \u00e0 huit mois, la plupart des infections \u00e9tant transitoires et le corps s&#8217;auto-gu\u00e9rit au cours des deux ann\u00e9es suivantes. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le virus du papillome humain est la maladie sexuellement transmissible la plus courante. La fr\u00e9quence maximale survient entre 15 et 25 ans dans la plupart des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s occidentales. On estime qu&#8217;au moins 50% des femmes et des hommes sexuellement actifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9s au VPH au cours de leur vie.
