int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les organes g\u00e9nitaux externes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se composent du pubis, des grandes l\u00e8vres, des petites l\u00e8vres, du pr\u00e9curseur vaginal et du clitoris.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pubis ou Mont V\u00e9nus<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nest appel\u00e9 la vanit\u00e9 triangulaire de la peau situ\u00e9e devant la symphyse pubienne. Il a un tissu sous-cutan\u00e9 riche et est couvert par la croissance des cheveux pendant la p\u00e9riode de l&#8217;adolescence. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Les grandes l\u00e8vres<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nsont deux plis dermiques lisses qui forment la fente vulvaire, se poursuivant vers l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur \u00e0 partir des petites l\u00e8vres. \u00c0 l&#8217;avant, ils sont joints au pubis tandis qu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;arri\u00e8re, ils sont enfonc\u00e9s dans la couture du p\u00e9rin\u00e9e. Ils montrent la croissance des cheveux avec des glandes s\u00e9bac\u00e9es et sudoripares.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Petites l\u00e8vres<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nCe sont deux plis cutan\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur des grandes l\u00e8vres, qui \u00e0 l&#8217;avant sont joints autour du clitoris tandis qu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;arri\u00e8re contribuent \u00e0 la formation du p\u00e9rin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Prodromos<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nest l&#8217;espace entre le clitoris et les l\u00e8vres internes, devant l&#8217;hymen. Devant coule l&#8217;orifice de l&#8217;ur\u00e8tre, tandis que derri\u00e8re l&#8217;orifice du vagin qui est prot\u00e9g\u00e9 par une fine membrane chez les femmes qui n&#8217;ont pas encore eu de rapports sexuels et s&#8217;appelle l&#8217;hymen Vierge. De chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, des pores de nombreuses glandes qui ne sont pas visibles \u00e0 l&#8217;\u0153il nu existent. Ce sont les glandes paraur\u00e9trales ou glandes de Skene et les glandes de Bartholomew, qui ont pour propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de produire du mucus et de lubrifier la zone pendant les rapports sexuels, facilitant ainsi la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Le clitoris<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nest l&#8217;organe \u00e9rectile d&#8217;une femme, \u00e9quivalent au p\u00e9nis masculin. Il est situ\u00e9 dans la partie ant\u00e9rieure du pronom et se compose du corps et du gland. Lorsque l&#8217;excitation sexuelle est pr\u00e9sente, un gonflement du clitoris, une humidification des parois vaginales et une s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de mucus par les glandes de Bartholomew sont induits. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les organes g\u00e9nitaux internes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>de <strong>la femme comprend le vagin<\/strong>, le col de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus, le corps ut\u00e9rin, les trompes de Fallope et les ovaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le vagin ou coleus<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nest un tube musculaire \u00e9lastique reliant la vulve \u00e0 l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus. Il mesure 7,5 \u00e0 9 cm de long et 4 cm de large environ, cependant, avec un grand potentiel d&#8217;\u00e9tirement, pendant les rapports sexuels et surtout pendant l&#8217;accouchement. Int\u00e9rieurement, le vagin est en contact devant, avec la symphyse pubienne, l&#8217;ur\u00e8tre et la vessie tandis qu&#8217;en arri\u00e8re avec l&#8217;espace canalaire, le rectum et le sacrum. La flore normale du vagin est constitu\u00e9e de colpobact\u00e9ries, n\u00e9cessaires au maintien de l&#8217;environnement acide du vagin. Cela maintient l&#8217;environnement acide, le prot\u00e9geant des autres microorganismes pathog\u00e8nes.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Le col de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nest une structure cylindrique qui agit comme un passage entre la cavit\u00e9 endom\u00e9triale et le vagin. Il se compose de fibres musculaires lisses.<br \/>\nLa sereuse, qui est la fine couche externe de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus.<\/li>\n<li>Les ligaments qui maintiennent en place l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus et en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral les organes g\u00e9nitaux internes de la femme sont les ligaments utero-sacr\u00e9s, les ligaments transverses, les ligaments ronds et le ligament large qui est essentiellement un repliement du p\u00e9ritoine, qui contient l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Les annexes<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nsont les deux trompes de Fallope et les deux ovaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les trompes de Fallope<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nsont deux formations tubulaires qui sont attach\u00e9es au corps de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 et sont en quelque sorte une continuation de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus car \u00e0 travers elles passera pour aboutir dans l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus l&#8217;ovule f\u00e9cond\u00e9. Chaque trompe de Fallope est anatomiquement divis\u00e9e en 4 sections: l&#8217;endom\u00e8tre, l&#8217;isthme, le l\u00e9cythe et la cloche. La cloche se termine par des terminaisons appel\u00e9es cils et est en contact avec l&#8217;ovaire. Les cils sont ceux qui facilitent le transfert de l&#8217;ovule de l&#8217;ovaire \u00e0 la trompe de Fallope apr\u00e8s l&#8217;ovulation.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Ovaires<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nLes ovaires sont situ\u00e9s obliquement et en arri\u00e8re de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus, \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur du bassin. Les tissus de soutien des ovaires sont le m\u00eame ligament, qui relie l&#8217;ovaire \u00e0 l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus, et le ligament suspendu, \u00e0 travers lequel passent les vaisseaux ovariens, et qui relie l&#8217;ovaire \u00e0 la paroi pelvienne lat\u00e9rale.
