acumin\u00e9s, sont une maladie sexuellement transmissible (MST) courante caus\u00e9e par le <a href=\"https:\/\/gynequipe.gr\/fr\/femme\/gynecologie\/hpv-verrues\/\">virus du papillome humain (VPH)<\/a>. Bien que souvent associ\u00e9es aux verrues g\u00e9nitales chez les hommes et les femmes, les verrues anales affectent sp\u00e9cifiquement la zone autour et \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019anus.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Causes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les verrues anales sont principalement caus\u00e9es par certaines souches de VPH, un virus qui peut se transmettre par contact sexuel. Le VPH est tr\u00e8s contagieux et le risque de d\u00e9velopper des verrues anales augmente en cas d&#8217;activit\u00e9 sexuelle non prot\u00e9g\u00e9e. Chez les femmes, les verrues anales peuvent survenir dans les relations h\u00e9t\u00e9rosexuelles et homosexuelles. De plus, d\u2019autres facteurs tels qu\u2019un syst\u00e8me immunitaire affaibli, des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents d\u2019autres IST ou de multiples partenaires sexuels peuvent augmenter le risque de d\u00e9velopper des verrues anales.   <\/p>\n<h2><strong><span class=\"TextRun SCXW182003942 BCX0\" lang=\"EL-GR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun CommentStart CommentHighlightPipeRest CommentHighlightRest SCXW182003942 BCX0\" data-ccp-charstyle=\"Strong\">Sympt\u00f4mes <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TrackChangeTextInsertion TrackedChange SCXW182003942 BCX0\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW182003942 BCX0\" lang=\"EL-GR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun CommentHighlightRest SCXW182003942 BCX0\" data-ccp-charstyle=\"Strong\">des verrues anales<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Verrues visibles : Le sympt\u00f4me le plus courant des verrues anales est la pr\u00e9sence de petites bosses de couleur chair ou roses autour de l&#8217;anus. Ces bosses peuvent appara\u00eetre seules ou en groupes et peuvent varier en taille de minuscules \u00e0 plusieurs centim\u00e8tres. <\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9mangeaisons et inconfort : les verrues anales peuvent provoquer des d\u00e9mangeaisons, des br\u00fblures ou un inconfort dans la r\u00e9gion anale, ce qui peut \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement g\u00eanant lors des selles.<\/p>\n<p>Saignement : les verrues autour de l&#8217;anus peuvent saigner lorsqu&#8217;elles sont irrit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9coulement de mucus : Certaines femmes atteintes de verrues anales peuvent ressentir un \u00e9coulement semblable \u00e0 du mucus provenant de l&#8217;anus.<\/p>\n<p>Il est important de noter que les verrues anales peuvent \u00eatre asymptomatiques, ce qui signifie qu\u2019elles ne provoquent aucun sympt\u00f4me visible.
