<strong>l\u00e9vonorgestrel<\/strong> et <strong>l&#8217;ulipristal ac\u00e9tate<\/strong> (pilule), qui est la plus r\u00e9pandue, et m\u00e9caniques (<strong>spirale endom\u00e9triale<\/strong>).<br \/>\nLe principal m\u00e9canisme d&#8217;action est de retarder l&#8217;ovulation de la femme ou d&#8217;emp\u00eacher le processus d&#8217;implantation dans l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus.<\/p>\n<p>La probabilit\u00e9 de grossesse, apr\u00e8s un rapport sexuel sans protection ad\u00e9quate, est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 15 % si le rapport sexuel a eu lieu trois jours avant l&#8217;ovulation, \u00e0 30 % s&#8217;il a eu lieu un \u00e0 deux jours avant l&#8217;ovulation, \u00e0 12 % s&#8217;il a eu lieu le jour m\u00eame de l&#8217;ovulation. l&#8217;ovulation et proche de z\u00e9ro si elle survient un \u00e0 deux jours apr\u00e8s l&#8217;ovulation. La m\u00e9thode la plus efficace avec les taux d&#8217;\u00e9chec les plus faibles (0,04 \u00e0 0,19 %) est la pose du DIU, suivie de l&#8217;ulipristal ac\u00e9tate avec 1,4 % et du l\u00e9vonorgestrel avec 2 \u00e0 3 %. De plus, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019ulipristal et du l\u00e9vonorgestrel est encore r\u00e9duite chez les femmes en surpoids et ob\u00e8ses.<\/p>\n<p>Un param\u00e8tre tr\u00e8s important est le moment de prise du traitement apr\u00e8s le contact, car les pourcentages ci-dessus sont valables tant que les d\u00e9lais corrects sont respect\u00e9s. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, pour le l\u00e9vonorgestrel, la prise doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e dans les<br \/>\n <strong>72 heures (3 jours)<\/strong> apr\u00e8s le rapport sexuel, pour l&#8217;ulipristal dans les <strong>120 heures (5 jours)<\/strong>, tandis que la pose du DIU \u00e9galement dans <strong>les 5 jours<\/strong>.
