des grossesses se terminent, \u00e0 40 semaines d&#8217;am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e, (et nous parlerons d\u00e9sormais de semaines d&#8217;am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e), soit 280 jours \u00e0 compter du premier jour des derni\u00e8res r\u00e8gles de la m\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Les 40 semaines d&#8217;am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e correspondent \u00e0 38 semaines de grossesse, soit 9 <sup> <\/sup> mois et demi de (1 f\u0153tus) sont les suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lors des premi\u00e8res visites chez le gyn\u00e9cologue, la date probable d&#8217;accouchement (DUE) sera d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, sur la base des derni\u00e8res r\u00e8gles et sur la base du contr\u00f4le \u00e9chographique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res instructions et conseils seront donn\u00e9s et les premiers tests de laboratoire seront effectu\u00e9s, dont certains seront r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 intervalles r\u00e9guliers. (Id\u00e9alement, la premi\u00e8re visite devrait avoir lieu trois \u00e0 six mois avant la d\u00e9cision d&#8217;avoir des enfants). En d\u00e9but de grossesse ou m\u00eame avant la conception, il existe la possibilit\u00e9, si les parents le souhaitent, de d\u00e9tecter des maladies g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques telles que la mucoviscidose (1\/25 de chance qu&#8217;un parent soit porteur d&#8217;une mutation) et l&#8217;amyotrophie spinale (1\/10 000 naissances) ou d&#8217;autres maladies bas\u00e9es sur l&#8217;anamn\u00e8se.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Puis, entre 11 et 14 semaines, sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s la fameuse clart\u00e9 nuchale et le test combin\u00e9 du 1er trimestre, avec lesquels on a une premi\u00e8re \u00e9valuation du risque de trisomie 21. <sup> <\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Vers 15-16 semaines, nous pouvons d\u00e9sormais voir avec confiance le sexe du f\u0153tus par \u00e9chographie.<\/li>\n<li>Vient ensuite l&#8217;\u00e9chographie du deuxi\u00e8me trimestre, mieux connue sous le nom de <a href=\"https:\/\/gynequipe.gr\/fr\/femme\/grossesse\/grossesse-echographie-du-deuxieme-trimestre\/\">niveau b<\/a>. Elle a lieu vers 21-22 semaines et pendant cette p\u00e9riode, une v\u00e9rification plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de l&#8217;anatomie du f\u0153tus est effectu\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Entre 24 et 28 semaines, on r\u00e9alise la courbe de sucre, un test avec lequel on diagnostique le diab\u00e8te gestationnel (sucre). Apr\u00e8s 26 semaines, il est recommand\u00e9 d&#8217;administrer aux femmes enceintes le vaccin contre la coqueluche, qui est totalement s\u00fbr et prot\u00e8ge le b\u00e9b\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce aux anticorps transmis par la m\u00e8re, jusqu&#8217;aux premiers mois de la vie. Le vaccin contre la grippe est recommand\u00e9 aux femmes enceintes, \u00e0 tout stade de la grossesse. C&#8217;est absolument s\u00fbr.<\/li>\n<li>Vers 32-33 semaines, un contr\u00f4le \u00e9chographique et <a href=\"https:\/\/gynequipe.gr\/fr\/femme\/grossesse\/doppler\/\">doppler<\/a> plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9 est effectu\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>A partir de 34 semaines, les risques dus \u00e0 la pr\u00e9maturit\u00e9 sont consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duits, tandis qu&#8217;apr\u00e8s 37 semaines, en cas d&#8217;accouchement, le b\u00e9b\u00e9 n&#8217;est plus consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 et peut na\u00eetre sans crainte.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 partir de 36 semaines, le bien-\u00eatre du f\u0153tus est v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 par doppler et <a href=\"https:\/\/gynequipe.gr\/fr\/femme\/grossesse\/cardiotocogramme\/\">cardiotocogramme<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Si les conditions le permettent, la grossesse peut \u00eatre prolong\u00e9e jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 41 semaines, soit 287 jours \u00e0 compter du premier jour des derni\u00e8res r\u00e8gles de la m\u00e8re.
