L\u2019un d\u2019eux est <strong>l\u2019\u00e9chographie 3D-4D<\/strong>.<br \/>\nIl s\u2019agit essentiellement d\u2019un cadre dont disposent les appareils \u00e0 ultrasons modernes avec lequel nous pouvons visualiser le f\u0153tus en trois dimensions (3D) et avoir une image plus proche de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<br \/>\nLorsque la quatri\u00e8me dimension (4D), \u00e0 savoir le temps, est ajout\u00e9e, le f\u0153tus est visualis\u00e9 en trois dimensions en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un examen qui peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 tout moment de la grossesse (principalement apr\u00e8s le premier trimestre) et qui nous aide \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter l&#8217;\u00e9chographie bidimensionnelle classique en cas de doute sur une structure anatomique du
