Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, ce pourcentage a toutefois augment\u00e9 en raison des techniques de procr\u00e9ation m\u00e9dicalement assist\u00e9e (1\/4000).<\/p>\n<p>La grossesse extra-ut\u00e9rine est une pathologie potentiellement dangereuse pour la vie de la femme, en cas de diagnostic intempestif. Le risque est une rupture et une h\u00e9morragie interne incontr\u00f4lable. C&#8217;est pourquoi, m\u00eame en cas de test de grossesse positif, une visite chez le gyn\u00e9cologue est n\u00e9cessaire d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, afin d&#8217;exclure la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;une implantation anormale. Dans ces cas, soit une salpingectomie (ablation de la trompe de Fallope) est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, soit une salpingotomie (ablation de la grossesse tout en pr\u00e9servant la trompe de Fallope), ce qui d\u00e9pend toutefois des circonstances.<br \/>\nDans des cas particuliers, il existe \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;un traitement conservateur, pharmaceutique, avec injection intraveineuse ou intramusculaire de m\u00e9thotrexate.<\/p>\n<p>Les femmes qui ont des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de grossesse extra-ut\u00e9rine, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re conservatrice ou chirurgicale, ont jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 15 % de chances d&#8217;avoir une autre grossesse extra-ut\u00e9rine \u00e0 l&#8217;avenir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>B hcg<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La mesure sanguine de la \u03b2-gonadotrophine chorionique est l\u2019hormone utilis\u00e9e pour diagnostiquer et surveiller une grossesse.<br \/>\nC&#8217;est l&#8217;hormone produite pendant la grossesse et ses valeurs augmentent quotidiennement depuis le d\u00e9but de la grossesse jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la fin du premier trimestre. A partir de l\u00e0, les prix se stabilisent jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l\u2019accouchement.<br \/>\nEn d\u00e9but de grossesse, la surveillance se fait en mesurant le b-hcg dans le sang, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le f\u0153tus soit suffisamment gros pour \u00eatre visible \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chographie.
