On parle alors de kystes organiques.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la grande majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux, ces kystes sont b\u00e9nins. Leur \u00e9tiologie est variable et peut \u00eatre s\u00e9reuse, muqueuse, endom\u00e9triosique, dermo\u00efde, h\u00e9morragique, paraovarienne etc.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span class=\"TextRun SCXW188931822 BCX0\" lang=\"EL-GR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun CommentStart SCXW188931822 BCX0\" data-ccp-charstyle=\"Strong\">Sympt\u00f4mes<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"TrackedChange SCXW188931822 BCX0\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW188931822 BCX0\" lang=\"EL-GR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW188931822 BCX0\" data-ccp-charstyle=\"Strong\">et<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span class=\"TrackedChange SCXW188931822 BCX0\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW188931822 BCX0\" lang=\"EL-GR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW188931822 BCX0\" data-ccp-charstyle=\"Strong\">traite<\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"TrackedChange SCXW188931822 BCX0\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW188931822 BCX0\" lang=\"EL-GR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW188931822 BCX0\" data-ccp-charstyle=\"Strong\">ment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span class=\"EOP TrackedChange SCXW188931822 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"201341983\":0,\"335559738\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":240}\"> <\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La plupart du temps, le diagnostic est fortuit, apr\u00e8s une \u00e9chographie de routine ou pour une autre pathologie.<br \/>\nS&#8217;il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un kyste volumineux (sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 4-5 cm), le patient peut ressentir des sympt\u00f4mes de douleur chronique (ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de pression) ou une sensation de pl\u00e9nitude au niveau de l&#8217;abdomen, ou encore des douleurs aigu\u00ebs (rupture, torsion).<\/p>\n<p>La malignit\u00e9 (c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire le risque qu&#8217;ils \u00e9voluent en malignit\u00e9) est rare et augmente avec l&#8217;\u00e2ge et les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents familiaux.<br \/>\nMalheureusement, le <a href=\"https:\/\/gynequipe.gr\/fr\/femme\/oncologie\/cancer-de-lovaire-et-des-trompes-de-fallope\/\">cancer de l&#8217;ovaire<\/a> est une maladie dont la pr\u00e9vention est impossible avec les donn\u00e9es scientifiques actuelles et qui donne des sympt\u00f4mes assez tardivement, lorsque la maladie a atteint un stade avanc\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En fonction des r\u00e9sultats de l&#8217;\u00e9chographie, le <a href=\"https:\/\/gynequipe.gr\/fr\/notre-equipe\/\">gyn\u00e9cologue<\/a> orientera la patiente et demandera \u00e9ventuellement des examens compl\u00e9mentaires, sanguins (marqueurs de cancer), ou radiologiques (tomographie magn\u00e9tique).<br \/>\nAinsi, apr\u00e8s ce contr\u00f4le, il sera conseill\u00e9 \u00e0 la femme soit une surveillance r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, soit une ablation chirurgicale du kyste, voire l&#8217;ablation de la totalit\u00e9 de l&#8217;ovaire.<\/p>\n<p>En cas d&#8217;intervention chirurgicale, la voie <a href=\"https:\/\/gynequipe.gr\/fr\/femme\/laparoscopie\/methode-laparoscopique\/\">laparoscopique<\/a> est le premier choix si les conditions appropri\u00e9es \u00e0 cette technique sont r\u00e9unies.<br \/>\nLe kyste est enti\u00e8rement retir\u00e9 et le reste de l\u2019ovaire reste en place et continue sa fonction de production d\u2019ovules et d\u2019\u0153strog\u00e8nes.<br \/>\nChez les femmes m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es, chez qui les ovaires ne sont plus fonctionnels, nous recommandons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l&#8217;ablation des deux ovaires et des trompes de Fallope par mesure de pr\u00e9caution, ce qui se fait \u00e9galement par laparoscopie. L&#8217;ablation des ovaires apr\u00e8s la m\u00e9nopause n&#8217;a absolument aucun impact sur la vie future des femmes. Au lieu de cela, il prot\u00e8ge les femmes d\u2019un futur cancer de l\u2019ovaire et des trompes de Fallope.<br \/>\nHabituellement, dans ces op\u00e9rations, l&#8217;hospitalisation ne dure qu&#8217;un jour et le patient r\u00e9cup\u00e8re dans les 24 \u00e0 48 heures avec d&#8217;excellents r\u00e9sultats esth\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kystes ovariens et centim\u00e8tres<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les <strong>kystes varient<\/strong> en taille et plus le kyste est gros, il n&#8217;est pas n\u00e9cessairement dangereux. Cependant, chez les femmes en \u00e2ge de procr\u00e9er, plus un kyste grossit, plus il est susceptible d&#8217;affecter la fonction de l&#8217;ovaire correspondant. Cela signifie qu&#8217;avec le temps, l&#8217;ovaire porteur du kyste peut \u00eatre endommag\u00e9, devenir non fonctionnel, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire ne plus produire d&#8217;ovules.
