ann\u00e9es un examen \u00e9chographique pr\u00e9natal de base. Elle a lieu au premier trimestre de la grossesse (11<sup>+1<\/sup> \u00e0 13<sup>+6<\/sup> semaines d&#8217;am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e).<\/p>\n<p>Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une mesure effectu\u00e9e dans la nuque du f\u0153tus et nous renseigne sur une \u00e9ventuelle anomalie chromosomique (syndrome de Down ou autres) ou sur un autre trouble cong\u00e9nital (par exemple une maladie cardiaque). En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, plus le col est transparent, plus le risque d&#8217;anomalie chez le f\u0153tus est grand.<\/p>\n<p>Cette valeur (mesur\u00e9e en mm), combin\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e2ge de la m\u00e8re, \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e2ge gestationnel et \u00e0 la mesure dans le sang de la m\u00e8re des prot\u00e9ines PAPP-A et de la gonadotrophine chorionique \u03b2 libre, nous donne une probabilit\u00e9 de naissance d&#8217;un enfant avec une anomalie chromosomique (Test Combin\u00e9). Nous consid\u00e9rons que si la valeur du test combin\u00e9 est sup\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 1\/300, il existe alors une possibilit\u00e9 accrue que le f\u0153tus souffre du syndrome de Down.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1448\" src=\"https:\/\/gynequipe.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/progennitikos.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"491\" height=\"388\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gynequipe.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/progennitikos.jpg 491w, https:\/\/gynequipe.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/progennitikos-320x253.jpg 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 491px) 100vw, 491px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie que sur 300 m\u00e8res qui ont le m\u00eame r\u00e9sultat au test combin\u00e9, 1 m\u00e8re porte un f\u0153tus trisomique. Dans ces cas, certaines m\u00e9thodes invasives telles que le pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement de trophoblastes ou l&#8217;amniocent\u00e8se sont propos\u00e9es \u00e0 la future m\u00e8re, mais des m\u00e9thodes qui impliquent un risque de fausse couche (&lt;1%).<\/p>\n<p>Alternativement, nous pouvons \u00e9galement recommander la mesure de l&#8217;ADN f\u0153tal libre avec un simple test sanguin chez la m\u00e8re avec une fiabilit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 99 %. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il convient de garder \u00e0 l\u2019esprit qu\u2019avec le test combin\u00e9, nous diagnostiquons 85 % des f\u0153tus atteints du syndrome de Down, avec 5 % de r\u00e9sultats faussement positifs. Au d\u00e9but de la grossesse ou m\u00eame avant la conception, il est possible, si les parents le souhaitent, de d\u00e9tecter des maladies g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques telles que la mucoviscidose (1\/25 de chance qu&#8217;un parent soit porteur d&#8217;une mutation) et l&#8217;amyotrophie spinale (1\/10 000 naissances) ou d\u2019autres maladies bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019 anamn\u00e8se. Dans ces cas, le premier test est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement effectu\u00e9 avec une simple analyse de sang sur la m\u00e8re, et si une mutation est d\u00e9tect\u00e9e qui indique qu&#8217;elle est porteuse, le m\u00eame test est effectu\u00e9 sur le p\u00e8re. Si le p\u00e8re s&#8217;av\u00e8re \u00e9galement porteur, l&#8217;\u00e9tape suivante consistera \u00e9galement \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter la mutation chez le b\u00e9b\u00e9 en pr\u00e9levant du liquide amniotique (amniocent\u00e8se) ou en prenant un pr\u00e9levement de trophoblaste. Mais chaque couple est diff\u00e9rent et chaque grossesse unique, le traitement est individualis\u00e9 et adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque cas.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_separator
