d\u00e9bit des vaisseaux sanguins chez l&#8217;homme.<br \/>\nPendant la grossesse, nous pouvons ainsi surveiller le &#8220;bien &#8211; \u00eatre&#8221; du f\u0153tus, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire si l&#8217;oxyg\u00e9nation du f\u0153tus est suffisante.<\/p>\n<p>Nous \u00e9tudions donc les vaisseaux ombilicaux (les vaisseaux responsables des \u00e9changes de nutriments entre le f\u0153tus et la m\u00e8re \u00e0 travers le placenta), les art\u00e8res c\u00e9r\u00e9brales du b\u00e9b\u00e9, le canal veineux, les art\u00e8res ut\u00e9rines de la m\u00e8re, etc. Ces vaisseaux, pendant la gestation, ont une forme d&#8217;onde sp\u00e9cifique comme le montre la figure ci-dessous. Ce que nous \u00e9tudions, c&#8217;est la diff\u00e9renciation de cette forme d&#8217;onde.<\/p>\n<p>Ces mesures sont effectu\u00e9es en clinique, tout au long de la grossesse, sont absolument indolores et sans danger pour le f\u0153tus et pour la m\u00e8re.<br \/>\nLe test doppler est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement effectu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re proactive vers 32 semaines, mais peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t ou plus tard plusieurs fois si les conditions l&#8217;exigent.<br \/>\nEn cas de mesures pathologiques, des tests compl\u00e9mentaires, h\u00e9matologiques et\/ou autres peuvent \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires, voire pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le travail.<br \/>\nAvec ce test, nous pouvons surveiller la sant\u00e9 du b\u00e9b\u00e9 en cas de d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9siduel
