hyst\u00e9roscopie est tr\u00e8s simple et rapide.<br \/>\nIl s\u2019agit d\u2019une op\u00e9ration qui dure environ une demi-heure, la plupart du temps sous anesth\u00e9sie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Dans certains cas, cela peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sans anesth\u00e9sie (hyst\u00e9roscopie en cabinet).<br \/>\nC&#8217;est une op\u00e9ration qui n\u00e9cessite quelques heures d&#8217;hospitalisation, c&#8217;est \u00e0 dire que la patiente rentre chez elle le jour m\u00eame. Le jour de l&#8217;op\u00e9ration, il est recommand\u00e9 qu&#8217;apr\u00e8s l&#8217;hospitalisation, elle ne conduise pas et ne travaille pas.<br \/>\nLe lendemain, la patiente peut reprendre ses activit\u00e9s normalement sans aucune g\u00eane particuli\u00e8re. Les douleurs sont minimes, voire nulles, et un simple analg\u00e9sique \u00e0 domicile suffit.<br \/>\nIl est recommand\u00e9 de s&#8217;abstenir de tout rapport sexuel et de se baigner dans la mer pendant 10 \u00e0 15 jours, selon les instructions du gyn\u00e9cologue traitant.<br \/>\nSi une douleur survient en postop\u00e9ratoire et ne dispara\u00eet pas avec de simples analg\u00e9siques, des saignements abondants, des liquides naus\u00e9abonds ou m\u00eame de la fi\u00e8vre, la patiente doit alors contacter un gyn\u00e9cologue.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hyst\u00e9roscopie et sang<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dans les jours qui suivent une hyst\u00e9roscopie, il peut y avoir un l\u00e9ger saignement, mais cela est contr\u00f4lable et normal.<br \/>\nEn g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, si le sang n\u2019est pas plus abondant que le sang menstruel, il n\u2019y a aucune raison de s\u2019inqui\u00e9ter.<br \/>\nLa dur\u00e9e du saignement varie en fonction du type d&#8217;hyst\u00e9roscopie r\u00e9alis\u00e9e et du stade du cycle auquel elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e.<br \/>\nEn g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le sang peut durer plus de jours si un fibrome a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9 et
