Un au nombril de 10mm et trois plus bas, juste au dessus du pubis, de 5mm chacun. L&#8217;abdomen est &#8220;gonfl\u00e9&#8221; \u00e0 partir du nombril avec de l&#8217;air (dioxyde de carbone) et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une cam\u00e9ra sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue, on peut voir son int\u00e9rieur sur un \u00e9cran. Ensuite, avec des outils sp\u00e9ciaux, nous pouvons reproduire tous les mouvements que nous ferions dans une chirurgie \u00ab ouverte \u00bb.
