taille d&#8217;un crayon, qui est ins\u00e9r\u00e9e par voie intravaginale \u00e0 travers le col de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus.<br \/>\nCela se fait sous anesth\u00e9sie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, bien que dans certains cas, cela puisse se faire sans.<br \/>\nAvec cette m\u00e9thode, on peut litt\u00e9ralement voir toute la cavit\u00e9 endom\u00e9triale et intervenir de mani\u00e8re s\u00e9lective si n\u00e9cessaire, c&#8217;est pourquoi elle pr\u00e9sente un avantage par rapport au curetage classique de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus, qui est une technique \u00ab aveugle \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;hyst\u00e9roscopie peut \u00eatre simplement diagnostique, excluant ainsi une pathologie suspect\u00e9e, ou invasive, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire traiter une l\u00e9sion.<br \/>\nLes op\u00e9rations qui peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es de cette mani\u00e8re sont l&#8217;\u00e9limination des polypes, des fibromes, la dissolution des adh\u00e9rences et de la cloison ut\u00e9rine, l&#8217;\u00e9limination des restes de trophoblastes.<\/p>\n<p>Comme nous l&#8217;avons mentionn\u00e9 ci-dessus, avec l&#8217;hyst\u00e9roscopie, nous pouvons intervenir de mani\u00e8re s\u00e9lective sur les points pathologiques de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus, en ayant toujours un contact visuel, r\u00e9duisant au minimum les dommages aux tissus sains adjacents.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Polypes ut\u00e9rins<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les polypes ut\u00e9rins font partie des maladies ut\u00e9rines b\u00e9nignes les plus courantes.<br \/>\nIl s\u2019agit d\u2019un type d\u2019hypertrophie locale de la couche interne de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus, appel\u00e9e endom\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<p>Ils peuvent appara\u00eetre \u00e0 tout \u00e2ge, soit avec pour principal sympt\u00f4me un saignement vaginal indolore, soit compl\u00e8tement asymptomatiques. Leur fr\u00e9quence dans la population f\u00e9minine varie de 6 \u00e0 12 %.<\/p>\n<p>Les facteurs qui pr\u00e9disposent \u00e0 leur apparition sont<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>augmentation des taux d&#8217;\u0153strog\u00e8nes dans le sang (endog\u00e8nes ou exog\u00e8nes)<\/li>\n<li>traitement au tamoxif\u00e8ne<\/li>\n<li>ob\u00e9sit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le diagnostic avec l&#8217;\u00e9chographie transvaginale est d\u00e9sormais simplifi\u00e9, puisqu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un examen courant et indolore qui est syst\u00e9matiquement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au cabinet m\u00e9dical.<br \/>\nEn cas de suspicion lors de l&#8217;\u00e9chographie, l&#8217;\u00e9tape suivante est l&#8217;hyst\u00e9roscopie, qui dissipera tous les doutes et en m\u00eame temps le polype sera retir\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il est recommand\u00e9 au gyn\u00e9cologue de les retirer par la m\u00e9thode hyst\u00e9roscopique, car les polypes sont l&#8217;une des causes de l&#8217;infertilit\u00e9, tandis qu&#8217;un faible pourcentage d&#8217;entre eux peuvent \u00e9voluer vers une tumeur maligne (environ 95 % des polypes de l&#8217;endom\u00e8tre sont
