On lui rencontre m\u00eame le terme &#8220;niche&#8221; signifiant niche, nid.<\/p>\n<p>En cas d&#8217;accouchement par c\u00e9sarienne, le point d&#8217;incision \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus est un point faible, qui n\u00e9cessite une attention particuli\u00e8re pour la prochaine grossesse.<br \/>\nLa fa\u00e7on dont la c\u00e9sarienne est gu\u00e9rie au site ut\u00e9rin est multifactorielle et comprend les conditions dans lesquelles la c\u00e9sarienne a \u00e9t\u00e9 pratiqu\u00e9e, la fa\u00e7on dont l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus est sutur\u00e9, les points de suture utilis\u00e9s et les conditions de cicatrisation locales qui sont impr\u00e9visibles et varient d&#8217;une femme \u00e0 l&#8217;autre. Un facteur de risque suppl\u00e9mentaire est la flexion post\u00e9rieure de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus (un ut\u00e9rus pench\u00e9 vers l&#8217;arri\u00e8re).<br \/>\nPar cons\u00e9quent, seul un faible pourcentage de femmes souffriront d&#8217;isthmoc\u00e8le apr\u00e8s une c\u00e9sarienne.<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9ventuelle rupture de l&#8217;ut\u00e9rus lors des contractions du travail, lors d&#8217;une grossesse ult\u00e9rieure, peut mettre en danger la vie de l&#8217;enfant et de la m\u00e8re elle-m\u00eame.<br \/>\nUn accouchement normal est possible apr\u00e8s une c\u00e9sarienne mais le gyn\u00e9cologue d\u00e9cidera s&#8217;il peut \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9, \u00e0 condition que toutes les conditions n\u00e9cessaires soient remplies.<\/p>\n<p>Au &#8211; del\u00e0 de la p\u00e9riode de grossesse, les cicatrices c\u00e9sariennes peuvent cr\u00e9er des probl\u00e8mes dans le cycle de la femme, tels qu&#8217;une h\u00e9morragie vaginale par gouttelettes et\/ou des pertes vaginales malodorantes.
